Tianxi Enterprise Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Tianxi Group"),entered China's mainland market in the second half of 2016, and set up Greater China headquarters in Jing'an District, Shanghai.
As a foreign-funded enterprise committed to providing industrial real estate development and operation services, it supports the government in urban renewal and industrial upgrading, and offers high-standard modern smart supply chain warehousing, smart industrial park and professional property services, based on favorable investment promotion channels.
Up to now, Tianxi Group has invested billions of US dollars to develop world-class industrial parks in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and core West China regions. With a strategically planned and built-up area of nearly 1 million m2, it has constructed a powerful incubation base for "intelligent" manufacturing and a network of industrial facilities and services. By utilizing the "magnet" effect of parks, it promotes industrial cluster development and empowers enterprises to increase efficiency in various regions.

Brand LOGO
Our logo resembles an antique shelf of Chinese classical charm, with lines forming “天玺 (Tianxi)” in the vibrant “Chinese red”. Its form, meaning and color complement each other, vividly revealing the Chinese traditional culture. History
In 2016, Tianxi Group was founded，and established Greater China headquarters in Shanghai.
In 2017, Tianxi Group developed Kunshan Huaqiao New Retail Industrial Park and signed a contract with Yonghui Superstores to customize East China headquarters, with an annual tax payment of over RMB 50 million.
In 2018, Tianxi Group marched into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and worked with LaSalle, a world-renowned investment organization, to develop Logiport Tianjin Jinnan Logistics Park.
In 2019, Tianxi Group reached strategic cooperation with Yuwell Medical, a well-known listed company in China;
This year, it also developed Tianxi Haiyan Logistics Park in Jiaxing, and introduced SF Express as an important client.
In 2020, Tianxi Group was successfully awarded two important projects in Meili Town and Dongbang Town, Changshu City, making a foray into the development of industrial carriers.
In 2021, Tianxi Group succeeded in expanding Jiangyin Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, developed further in the Yangtze River Delta, and fully upgraded its capabilities in development, investment promotion, operation, etc.
In 2022, Tianxi Group developed Meili (Phase II) and Shanghu industrial parks in Changshu, and the logistics park in Wuxi Airport Economic Development Zone;
Tianxi Group successfully introduced EQT, a well-known European investment organization, as a strategic investor, working together to develop logistics park projects in East China;
Tianxi Group set up an equity investment platform, focusing on growing SMEs.
