Responsibilities

1. Responsible for construction organization design and construction plan review of mechanical and electrical works, and provide assistance and guidance for key and difficult mechanical and electrical engineering schemes;

2. Urge and direct the project company to complete the mechanical and electrical engineering progress plan on schedule;

3. Effectively control the quality and progress during the construction of electromechanical projects;

4. Collaborate with department heads to make an overall planning for and arrange the engineering technology, engineering quality, and safe and civilized construction at the project site;

5. Solve various problems encountered during the construction process, including quality, safety, progress and cost control;

6. Strictly observe all rules and regulations of Tianxi Group, make specific suggestions for rectification on the engineering quality and safe and civilized construction of projects under construction, and form monthly inspection reports;

7. Generally work at the construction site (Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou);

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or electromechanical fields. An engineer title or above is preferred;

2. Proficient in using BIM, CAD and other software. Experience in construction is preferred;

3. Able to independently make pipeline drawings more detailed;

4. Experience in project management is preferred, and experience in independently managing large and medium-sized projects is preferred;

5. Have good negotiation skills and on-site communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of cost accounting control;

6. Have good professional qualities, develop a rigorous work attitude, foster a strong sense of responsibility, have teamwork spirit and good organization and management ability.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve performance targets according to the investment attraction and promotion plans of the industrial park;

2. Actively explore investment attraction resources, and maintain channels and customer relationships by leveraging the advantages of the park and the Company;

3. Responsible for follow-up and contact with clients, providing consultation and explanation for clients, actively coordinating the resolution of issues arising when a project is in progress, and actively setting the stage for contract signing;

4. Responsible for establishing a government-enterprise relationship with government departments at all levels, assisting enterprises settled in the park to apply for and implementing various preferential and supporting policies, and providing relevant services;

5. Responsible for negotiation on, drafting, signing and performance of project contracts, and carrying out the work on the recovery of business funds;

6. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements

1. Junior college degree or above;

2. At least 2 years of investment attraction experience in industrial real estate in Suzhou;

3. Be passionate about the leasing work, have good interpersonal and communication skills, good awareness of service and spirit of teamwork.

Requirements

4. Able to drive and adapt to frequent short-term departures from Shanghai.
