On November 15, Ni Jie, deputy secretary of Xiamen Jimei District and Mayor of Xiamen City, Weng Rui, director of Development and Reform Bureau of the Jimei District, Cai Lufang, director of Commerce Bureau, and Wu Xiangjiang, chairman of the Industry and Investment Group, along with other leaders and their entourage, visited TianXi Group for a seminar. Ms. Liu Yubing, Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Tianxi Group, along with company executives accompanied the reception.

Before the meeting, Mr. Li Zonglin, Investment Manager of Tianxi Group, led the visitors for an onsite visit at the Group's logistics park, and introduced in detail the core business advantages of Tianxi as well as the company's future strategic plans.

During the seminar, Li Zonglin introduced the core highlights and successful cases of Tianxi from the aspects of enterprise background, development history, business model and global diversified layout. Liu Yubing further added Tianxi's diversified cooperation models with major fund platforms.

After listening, Mr. Ni expressed his high recognition. He showed an overview of the local economic development and the overall business environment of Jimei District through a promotional video. Then pointed out that the core development of Jimei District is mainly centered on "5 scientific and technological innovations" and "5 good lives". Through in-depth exchanges with Tianxi Group and field visits to the group's key projects, he found that there are many synergies, and intends to carry out in-depth cooperation from three aspects: to jointly build high-quality logistics parks; to jointly revitalize the local inefficient and idle assets in Xiamen; and to jointly expand the space for foreign investment, and to cooperate in the fields of warehousing and logistics, cross-border e-commerce, new energy, and the digital economy.

Two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the future development direction, strategic layout and other aspects, and reached a consensus. Tianxi expressed that it would actively utilize its own advantages to contribute to the development of Jimei area. This visit effectively enhanced the communication and understanding between the two sides, and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation and win-win situation.
