In May 2019, Ganpu Town People’s Government of Haiyan County, Jiaxing City officially signed a land transfer contract with Tianxi Group. With the further expansion of its investment layout, it officially settled in Haiyan Town, Jiaxing County, spending billions of yuan to develop “Tianxi Haiyan Modern Medical Industry Park”.

Located in Changqiang Mountain Industrial Park, Ganpu Town, Haiyan County, the Project covers a total planned land area of 110 mu, and is expected to be built into an international high-standard medical industry park with an area of 47,000 m².

Changqiang Mountain lies 15 km southwest of Ganpu Town in Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province. According to Volume I of the Records of Ganshui during the Shaoding Era of the Song Dynasty, located 1.5 km east of Ganpu Town, Changqiang Mountain is 240 m tall and stretches 9.5 km around. There is the Huangdao Temple in a corner, a shipyard at the foot, and beacon towers at the top of the mountain, and a sea beyond the mountain. When Emperor Qin Shihuang traveled east, he climbed the mountain and looked at the sea. The mountain stood tall alone and looked like a wall from afar. That’s how it was named.
