In July of summer, Tianxi Group embarked on a field trip to visit the Hefei headquarter and Lu'an plant of Hanxing Energy. This trip is not only for visiting, but also to work together to draw a new chapter of cooperation.

Frontline inspection: Hanxing Energy's new achievement

On 17th July, Liu Yubing, Chief Operating Officer of TianXi Group, led a group of senior executives and the team of TianYu, a pioneering clean energy company under the TianXi Group, to visit Anhui Hanxing Energy.

Mr. Hongsheng Zhu, Executive Vice General Manager of Hanxing Integrated Energy, warmly welcomed the team and elaborated on the project production blueprint, schedule planning, and quality control strategy at the site of the Huoqiu plant. He said, "As a national high-tech enterprise, Hanxing Energy, under the overall planning of "one center, three plants", has been focusing on the construction of electrochemical energy storage products, charging pile, heavy-duty truck power switching station ,sales of BMS and comprehensive energy big data business. At present, the digitized intelligent factory in Huoqiu has two fully-automatic liquid-cooled PACK lines, one air-cooled PACK line, digital intelligent warehousing workshop and energy storage integration workshop, with an annual capacity of 3GWH."

The Tianxi inspection team went deep into the production line of Hanxing Energy and experienced the whole chain of automated production process from energy storage system to charging pile, including every link of precision processing, efficient production to fine packaging. Hanxing Energy has a research and development team consisting of more than 60 core elites, who, with their professional skills and pragmatic working attitude, have demonstrated a deep heritage of specialization. It is such an excellent team that won the high evaluation from the inspection team of Tianxi Group.

Project Visit——Hanxing & Haier

On 18th July, Tianxi visited the site of Hefei Haier Refrigerator 5MW/10MWh Energy Storage Project, which was constructed by Hanxing Energy. As the first user-side energy storage demonstration project in Haier Group, the project has attracted much attention. Its innovative "peak shaving and valley filling" operation strategy can flexibly dispatch about 20,000kWh of electricity per day, which significantly reduces the load of the main transformer in the park, strengthens the resilience of the power grid, and significantly improves the intelligence and efficiency of energy use.

Hand in hand to draw a blueprint for development
