In the scorching summer, the construction site was bustling with activity. Amidst the roar of concrete pump trucks, “Tianxi Jiangyin Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park” constructed by Tianxi Group topped out successfully. This not only marks a significant phased progress in the project construction, but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent completion and delivery.

From the mere drawings to the premises rising from the ground, the main structure topped out. Each building included in the Project embodies the efforts of developers and builders around the clock for several hundred days, and their rigorous and orderly work attitude with quality and quantity guaranteed.

It is reported that Tianxi Jiangyin Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is invested by Tianxi Enterprise Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., developed and operated by its subsidiary Tianhao (Jiangyin) Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd., and constructed by Zhejiang Tianqin Construction Co., Ltd. With a total area of 105.4 mu, the Project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 40 mu, with a building area of about 50,000 m², with various carriers available, such as high-end detached and duplex buildings.

The Project is located in Jiangyin City (ranking among the top two of the top 100 counties in China for many consecutive years), a core economic city in the Yangtze River Delta, and an advanced manufacturing base. A group of large manufacturing enterprises, including Zhongjing Holdings, Better Group, Caina Medical, Elite Color Environmental Resources and Saintlan, gather around the Project, covering high-end textiles, medical devices, intelligent manufacturing, new materials and other fields.

Based on regional development advantages and project planning positioning, Tianxi Jiangyin Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park will be built into a new industry community that integrates R&D, pilot testing, production, and comprehensive supporting services, with “intelligent manufacturing” as the key industry direction.

A project leader stated that high standards and strict requirements were followed during the construction of the Park, and topping out of the main structure of the main structures was not only the achievement of phased goals, but also the beginning of a new journey. In the next step, attention will be focused on advancing the construction, investment attraction and planning of the second phase of the Project. The first phase of the Project is expected to be officially delivered and put into service in December 2023. After the Project is completed, it is planned to attract at least 15 upstream and downstream enterprises related to the intelligent manufacturing industry, to drive regional industrial upgrading and facilitate industrial agglomeration.
