On October 25, the Tianxi · Meili Zhiyue Industrial Community was officially delivered, welcoming its first batch of resident enterprises. These companies span sectors such as new energy vehicle parts, smart equipment manufacturing, and medical devices, with a total investment of 580 million yuan and an expected annual output value of over 800 million yuan once fully operational. The government leaders stated that Meili Town, as one of Changshu's key townships, not only enjoys a strategic "well-connected" location but also boasts a strong industrial foundation as a "manufacturing powerhouse." Centered on industries such as specialty steel, equipment manufacturing, automotive parts, and electronic information, Meili Town has attracted nearly 700 robust and well-structured domestic and foreign enterprises. Furthermore, Meili provides a "strong and effective" platform for innovative and entrepreneurial talent teams. Tianxi Group’s Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Liu Yubing, stated that Zhiyue Intelligent Industry Community focuses on high-end intelligent manufacturing, automotive parts, and new energy as core emerging industries. It is equipped with exhibition halls, office spaces, dormitories, and other facilities, as well as distributed photovoltaic systems. The aim is to build a comprehensive industrial community that integrates an R&D center, smart manufacturing workshops, talent apartments, and green, low-carbon initiatives.

The Tianxi · Meili Zhiyue Industrial Community centers on "intelligent manufacturing" and "high-tech" as its core focus, aiming to create a multifunctional hub that integrates R&D, pilot production, mass production, and comprehensive support services. The park spans 65 mu with a new construction area of 72,000 square meters. As a key industrial project for Changshu in 2023, it has a total investment of USD 60 million. Construction began in March 2023 and was completed in August 2024. The comprehensive layout includes 13 buildings for production and supporting facilities, including 12 high-standard factories, a talent apartment building, and living amenities.

Located in northeast Changshu, the park boasts a prime location and excellent transportation access. It is 12 kilometers from Changshu's city center, within a one-hour economic circle of Shanghai, and adjacent to major highways such as Provincial Roads 227 and 338.
