On the morning of July 19, Tianxi Group held a commencement ceremony for Tianxi Tianshang Smart Industry Community and the investment service center was officially opened. A group of Tianxi Group’s leaders were present at the ceremony, including Liu Yubing (Financial Director), Zhao Xingfu (Director of Development and Operations Department), Shao Wenjin (Deputy Director of Development and Operations Department), Zhang Bin (Deputy Director of Engineering Management Department), Lu Zhuoji (Leasing Manager of Development and Operations Department), and Yin Wenjing (Property Manager).

The commencement of the Project signifies the launch of a new integrated smart industry community for production, R&D and business offices, and the rise of a new benchmark for the gathering of hi-tech industries in Changshu.

Building a new benchmark for smart industry communities in Changshu

Shanghu Town, where Tianxi Tianshang Smart Industry Community is located, is one of the four key towns in Changshu City, known as “China Rack Model Production Base”, “National Beautiful Town” and “National Health Town”. As of 2021, Shanghu Town had achieved a gross industrial output value of over RMB 20 billion, with the output value of industries above designated size reporting RMB 14.3 billion.

The Financial Controller Liu Yubing said at the ceremony, “Shanghu Town boasts obvious geographical and industrial advantages, and is currently striving to develop emerging industries such as laser, AI, and non-chemical new materials. Against this backdrop, Tianxi Group hopes to work with Shanghu Town to create technological innovation platforms or industrial development carriers through collaborative innovation, and conduct comprehensive strategic cooperation.”

Stimulating new driving forces of the highland for high-tech industry cluster

It is reported that the Tianxi Tianshang Smart Industry Community covers a total area of approximately 98 mu, with a building area of about 100,000 m2. Centered around “intelligent equipment manufacturing” and “electronic information”, and supplemented by “non-chemical new materials”, the Project is designed to build an intelligent manufacturing industry community integrating smart factories, technology R&D platforms and other functions, form a new large-scale, agglomerative and information-based industrial development platform, and create an industry cluster featuring complex functions, intensive efficiency and continuous innovation.

The carriers of the Project mainly include 2.5-story, 3-story, and 3.5-story high-standard premises with independent state-owned land property rights that integrate production, R&D, office and comprehensive supporting facilities, with some stone-like coating facades and some glass curtain walled facades, ensuring high building quality. Furthermore, the Project has ancillary buildings for project roadshows, product demonstration and conference organization of enterprises, and provides living facility services such as canteens, convenience stores, talent apartments, gyms and cafes for settled enterprises.

According to Zhao Xingfu, Director of Development and Operations Department, Shanghu Project, as a key project of Tianxi Group, will shape product and service advantages, integrate government, industry, university, research and business resources, stimulate regional markets, and form a highland for high-tech industry cluster through overall planning, group development, specialized investment promotion and industry service operation, relying on Tianxi Group’s years of experience in its dedication to industrial park development, leasing and operation.

On the same day, the investment service center of the Project was officially opened. The Leasing Director Lu Zhuoji said, “Based on the location advantages and industry planning of Shanghu Town, and the leasing capability of Tianxi Group, we are expected to introduce 30-40 high-tech enterprises, injecting new impetus into the development of the strategic emerging industry base in Shanghu Town.”
